Our online store is open 24/7, and we are committed to continuing to provide you with support on all our digital and social media platforms. This includes zero delays with managing your online orders, fast delivery as always, contactless delivery and 30-day returns and exchanges.

Our shipping partners and logistical centre have implemented all the applicable safety precautions as advised by the world health organisation and have reported zero cases of COVID-19 among their employees to date.

To ensure the health and safety of our community - that's you - all online orders will be signed on your behalf upon delivery of your parcel by the couriers for full contactless delivery.

The most important part of our role at Freddy HQ is how passionate we are about bringing a smile to our communities faces and we hope that as we go through this experience together we can bring you something to look forward to when you are on your social pages or on our website. We have lots planned and we are looking forward to spending more time with you all.
