How much does delivery cost?
We offer a flat rate of NZ$10.50 per order for all deliveries within Australia & New Zealand and NZ$15.80 for express shipping in Australia. We also ship to other international countries at a flat rate of NZ$15.80. See full shipping details here.
Do you do same day delivery?
All EXPRESS orders places before 1pm EST are sent out the same day. Standard post orders are dispatched 1-2 business days after they are placed, depending on your location and shipping method.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. Once dispatched, Australia Post / International shipping companies allow the following average timeframes for your package to arrive (depending on your postcode):
Melbourne and VIC: 1-3business days (1-2 days express)
Perth and WA: 2-7business days (2-3 days express)
Tasmania: 2-5business days (2-3 days express)
USA and Other International Countries: 10-15 business days
What size should I order?
We know that it can often be hard to figure out your sizing and have created a sizing guide which can be seen here. The best guide is to select your pants based on your usual Australian / New Zealand or USA pant size, and see the corresponding FREDDY Size. FREDDY WR.UP is a smaller Italian design so if you are in between sizes we suggest going up in size. Sizes are consistent across the denim, fashion and sport range so you will be the same size in each of these styles. What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com within 24hours of receipt of product.
How do I process a return or exchange?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their FREDDY purchases, in the unlikely event that you are not in love with our product we will gladly exchange or refund any regular priced new merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date. View our returns and exchange policy here.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to manually change your order for you. If you have purchased the wrong size, let us know as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org If catch your order before it is dispatched we may be able to cancel it for you, and you will need to re-purchase the correct size from our website. Note that it may take between 24-72 hours for your bank to make your money available again for the canceled order. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our exchange details here.
The pants I want are out of stock or you don't have my size. When will you be getting more stock in?
We regularly receive new stock as it becomes available from our Italian warehouse. If we don't currently have your preferred style or size, click on the size that you wish to order on the product page and this will prompt an email notification box where you can enter your email address, we will then email you the minute they are back in stock.
My tracking numbers says it's 'invalid', can you re-send the correct link?
Orders from Australia - It takes a few hours for tracking links to be updated on the Australia Post / International shipping companies' website. Please check back after a few hours and your link should be updated. If your tracking is still not showing 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email, you can email us at email@example.com and we can investigate this for you.
Orders from New Zealand – It takes 3-5 business days for the tracking link to get updated, this is to allow time for transit and customs clearing from Sydney to New Zealand. If your tracking is still not showing by then, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can investigate this for you.
Orders from USA - It will take a few hours for your tracking link to appear on the DHL website. If you tracking is still not showing 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email, you can email us at email@example.com and we can investigate this for you.
Other International orders –It will take a few hours for your tracking link to appear on the DHL website. If you tracking is still not showing 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can investigate this for you.you.
Do you have any physical stores or stockists in Australia or New Zealand?

I really want to buy FREDDY WR.UP but want to try them on first, what can you suggest?
We understand the risks in buying an item of clothing without trying it on, feeling the fabric or seeing the colours in the flesh. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy on all full priced items, starting from when you receive your parcel. If you don't like the size or style after receiving your pants, you can return for an exchange or refund. See our full policy here. From time to time we do pop-up stores in major capital cities, follow our social channels for updates on our next location.
What different dying techniques do you use?
We use two different techniques, fabric dyed and old dyed. Fabric Dyed is our standard colouring of the pant where we dye the fabric and then build the pant. Old Dyed is a special dying we use to obtain pastel colours, where we build the pant and then we dye it giving a more refined colour.

What are the benefits of D.I.W.O.® (Dry In Wet Out) fabric?
D.I.W.O.® Freddy fabric is fashioned from polyester. Thanks to the careful construction and a particular exclusive treatment, this elasticised fabric offers the unique characteristic of transporting body sweat to the outside of the garment. Garments made from D.I.W.O.® Freddy fabric maintain dry and at a constant temperature the athlete’s skin, eliminating and/or decreasing the unpleasant phenomenon of becoming cold, during breaks, caused by the presence of moisture between the body and the fabric.
What payment methods does www.freddystore.co.nz accept?
Payments can be made via your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. Please note if you do pay via your Paypal account we will not be able to ship your order until funds have cleared. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Is it safe to purchase online from www.freddystore.co.nz?

How to remove stain or grease on my FREDDY pants?
Please consult your local cleaner for removing stubborn stains from your FREDDY garment. Ensure you follow our care guide instructions – handwash in cold water, use mild detergent, do not soak and do not dry clean. Our full Care Guide can be read here
The order I received is incomplete or I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We are so sorry if you have received an incomplete or incorrect order. Please send us a message at email@example.com and we will rectify this right away.
What currency are the prices in your store?
All our prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) currency
I still have not received my order on the expected delivery date?
If you have not received your order within the time frame provided, please immediately get in touch with Australia Post / local mail service quoting your tracking number. This is the quickest way to get an update on your order. If they are unable to provide further information kindly get in touch with us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to lodge an investigation request for you.
Can I buy the top and bottom of Sports set in different sizes?
Unfortunately, the top and the bottom are a set and cannot be bought in different sizes.
