NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES
FREDDY delivers all New Zealand orders using Fastway NZ. We offer a flat rate of NZD$10.50 for all New Zealand orders.
You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. FREDDY are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
Orders to New Zealand may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. The New Zealand duty threshold is $225NZD for clothing and fashion goods, orders over this value will be subject to duties and taxes. FREDDY takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in New Zealand. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. If your package is subject to duties and taxes you will be contacted to advise of the taxes that have been applied and request payment. Once payment is received the goods will be released for delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.
We use Australia Post for all orders within Australia, offering a flat rate of $10.50 for standard and $15.80 for express shipping. Once you’ve placed your order, it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours, so get ready to make space in your wardrobe. Express orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1 pm EST.
This excludes weekends, public holidays, or pre-order items.
Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 1-7 working days via standard shipping. Express Shipping will have your order delivered in 1-3 working days. If your order doesn’t arrive in this time frame, use your tracking number to check with your local post office. They may have left a delivery notice in your letterbox, too. If your order is still a no-show, email email@example.com or contact us through here and we’ll help you track it down.
Australia average shipping Times:
Melbourne and VIC: 3-4 Business days (1-2 days express)
Perth and WA: 5 -7 Business days (2-3 days express)
Tasmania: 2-5 Business days (2-3 days express)
Your new Freddys are precious and valuable. For your own protection, our arrangement with Australia Post is signature required. If you opt for safe drop, this means you understand and accept any risk or responsibility over the parcel.
USA & OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
DHL is our mode of shipping for USA and all other International orders. We offer a flat rate of $15.80 for standard shipping.
Your order will be dispatched from our Sydney (Australia) warehouse within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items.
You should expect your parcel within 7-12 business days from the time of dispatch.
Once it’s left Australia and reaches your country, it will then be delivered by your local postal service Note: Your order may need to go through customs before it can get to you. This can cause delays beyond delivery estimates, and unfortunately it is out of our control. Some orders will be subject to duties and taxes, which you’ll be notified and requested to pay. Once this payment is cleared, your order will be released for delivery and back on route to your mailbox. You can chat with your local customs office if you have further questions regarding taxes and duties.
SALE Period Deliveries
We do our best to dispatch orders between 24-48 hours after you have ordered, however during busy periods and high demand it can sometimes take a little longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed during SALE periods.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date only. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Your Paypal account will be charged upon placing your order. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order and refund you. All pre-order items will be shipped via Australia Post, as per our shipping details above.
NB: We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post/International shipping companies. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post/International postal representative upon delivery.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
Returned to Sender
In case your order has been returned to us due to being unclaimed from the post office or incorrect/incomplete address, kindly send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to re-ship it to you. Please note that additional shipping fee may apply.
Lost in transit
We recommend for you lodge an investigation and report this instance to Australian Post quoting your tracking number so they may record incidents like this, take necessary action and provide a possible solution.
