    Love Fashion? Love Coffee? Love Prosecco? Do you want to be part of a young team who are doing amazing things in the start-up fashion space in the fashion mecca of Cremorne in Melbourne? 

    Enjoy barista made coffee in the mornings in our in house Espresso Bar and Italian Prosecco on our sun filled rooftop in the afternoons!  We are a team that have built an office and retail store where having fun is a requirement, in an environment we LOVE coming into each day!      
     

    We are currently looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced fashion all rounders.  You might be studying and looking for that incredible work environment to get some spare $$ over the summer holidays with a casual or part time position or looking for something more full-time where opportunities and career progression is extensive for those with a can do attitude!    


    We are on the hunt for multiple recruits to join our incredible team!  Ideally looking for those with a passion for all things activewear and fashion to join our retail team.  However, this is an opportunity to work in retail with a big difference!

     

    We really want you to be immersed with our company and brand.  In addition to helping our incredible customers find their perfect wardrobe, you will work along side our HQ team and be exposed to different areas of our business, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in areas of business you're most interested in. 

     

    This might include, social media assistance, working with social influencers, events, photoshoots, ecommerce assistance, creating content, customer happiness, logistics and order fulfilment, accounts, PA to the CEO, having an input into buying and other office duties. 

     

    About You
    The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and outlook on life and is willing to grab any opportunity given to them with both hands!   They are hard-working, honest, have a passion for what they do, can bring fresh ideas to the team and most importantly, are 100% customer centric! They can work both independently and as part of a team, are reliable and have flexible availability throughout the week and on weekends.

     

    The Role
    In a fast-paced environment, their responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
     

    • Empowering our customers to look and feel incredible in our apparel
    • Helping our customer find the perfect size and style for them, based on the training and guidance we will give you when you first start
    • Processing sales & cash handling
    • End of day reporting
    • Being a brand ambassador 100% of the time and LOVE where you work
    • Helping with managing our social channels by driving engagement and answering customer enquiries on Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
    • Supporting with other operational tasks including visual merchandising and stocktakes
    • Inventory management
    • Providing the ultimate customer experience with every interaction (via social media, telephone and face to face)
    • Providing valuable customer feedback to the HQ team to help the brand go from strength to strength
    • Taking a proactive approach to reaching sales targets and promoting new products
    • Opportunities to work and be exposed to other areas of a Fashion business.  If you have a passion and want to be exposed to other departments, we can provide these opportunities.
